Our Summer Must-Haves

Our summer bods may not be ready for summer, but we sure are. We rounded up 6 of our favorite summer items from our overflowing virtual closet of apparel and products - we think these might be the key to the perfect summer order or gifts for your organization or company.

This ultra summery crop tank is super soft and comes in 9 colors, but our all-time favorite is this one in heather sunset. The slightly heathered effect paired with the melon-y peach shade gives us retro beach vibes. We love it with just about any design, but think it really pops with a minimalistic line design, like this one, which you can find in our gallery.

4 Tips For Landing That First Job Out of College

As college graduation is just around the corner, we gathered some of our favorite tips for landing that first job out of college - a job that's actually related to your degree or field of study. As CNBC pointed out, many graduating seniors take jobs unrelated to their fields or, in many instances, jobs that don't require the degrees they worked so hard to earn. Before you get stuck in a job rut, consider these tips to get your feet in the right doors - right away.

Reach out to your contacts - current or former co-workers from part-time jobs, fellow interns or directors from any past internships, professors, student organization leaders, your campus career center and any people you may know in your field, through family, friends or volunteer work.

Share a little bit about your professional goals and see if they know of any companies or openings that may be a fit. You never know who has a friend or contact that has an opening for the exact type of position you're seeking. Even if there's not an immediate in, they'll hopefully remember the conversation for future opportunities.

3 New Tips for Achieving That Elusive Work/Life Balance

1. Don't sleep in too late. This may sound counterproductive at first – if we’re trying to balance life and work, why limit sleep? Should we be up working all the time? Nope. You should be out living. Get a full 8 hour snooze in, but don’t keep silencing that alarm each day, especially on the weekends. You may feel tired at first, but you’ll revel in that extra time to shower, eat a well-rounded breakfast and get to take some personal “you” time. If you get your work or errands out of the way, you can make time to see friends, get in a solid workout or just stay in all night with a cup of tea and YouTube cat videos.
